Your gratitude for those who have changed your life is beyond words, and that’s what you pass on to others. It’s Indescribable!

Our first church job turned into a 10 year adventure where we had more opportunities than anyone could deserve, and at the end of it we were so grateful. We had been children’s pastors, youth pastors, associate pastors, TV show hosts, convention hosts, and what we learned about leadership, ministry and following God was indescribable. We tried to say thank you in some sort of substantial way, but how can you express adequate gratefulness for all of that?

Now thanks be to God for His gift, Precious beyond telling. His INDESCRIABLE, inexpressible free gift! II Corinthians 9:15 AMP

Jesus poured His life into 12 men who would change the world. He passed on to them something that was so valuable and priceless, and then believed in them to take that leadership and change the world! You have something in you that is eternally valuable, and there is someone needing you to pour it into them! How thankful are you for the people that have helped shape your faith? What you cannot put into words you can put into actions of sharing what you have with someone else, and believe in them to go out and do the same! What will happen in people’s lives will be indescribable!

Pray and make a list of 3 people that you can begin to spend time with so you can pass some of your faith along to them.

If you believe you are an extraordinary leader, and believe your team is amazing, they will believe it too! You are INCREDIBLE!

My sons grew up hearing me tell them how awesome and amazing they are, and how much I love them. This makes perfect sense, because they are my sons. Then they helped Cyndy & I start a church for young people, so we could tell teens that didn’t feel like they fit in anywhere how awesome and amazing they are. Why would we do that to strangers? Because that’s something that God would do. The definition of incredible is something that is so extraordinary that it seems impossible. For God to think that we are so awesome and amazing is unbelievable, but we should believe it because it’s true!

See what an INCREDIBLE quality of love the Father has given us; that we should be permitted to be called the children of God! As so we are! I John 3:1 AMP

In the parable of the prodigal son, the father welcomes his son back who had blown it in every possible way. Jesus was telling this story to God’s chosen people who were the sons of the promise. They had also blown it and had violated so many opportunities that God had given them as a people, but Jesus was illustrating how the Heavenly Father was welcoming them back into His arms. That’s not us. We were strangers, but God came looking for us and made us His sons. That is more love than we could ever deserve, but it was His desire to choose us and call us His own. It’s so extraordinary that it seems impossible, and yet, it’s true! Believe that you are awesome, and believe that your team is amazing, and pretty soon, they will believe it too!

Make a list of all the amazing things you can think of about yourself and your team & start sharing them!

N-CORRUPTIBLE!

Loyalty is Key to the success of your team. When problems arise, work through them immediately. That will keep people’s attitudes INCORRUPTABLE! Halfway through a ministry trip to Hollywood, we gathered all of our team together to have a check on how everyone was holding up. We had ministered on the streets, in a Christian [...]

N-CESSANT

Influence has its greatest impact through steady repetition: Over & over & over again. Be INCESSANT towards your goal! When Cyndy and I were first talking about getting married, we discussed our feelings about being committed to each other for life, and that divorce would never be an option. There was divorce in my family, [...]

N-DEFINITE!

Leadership is forever! You never stop learning, so you never stop influencing others. God’s calling on your life is INDEFINITE! I once heard about a pastor who had been struggling with his calling to the city he was in. The church was struggling, his family was struggling, and he was considering leaving to pursue something [...]
